  10. Hi. Does anyone know where to ftp the version 4+ de AMITCP? I tried a

  12. with no results. The suggested address in the AMosaic docs
  13. (max.physics.sunysb.edu)
  14. doesn't seem to accept anonymous callers :(

  16. I'm trying to use AWS as a server, but it need that version of AMITCP. I
  17. have
  18. only 2.2, and I haven't managed to install it yet.

  20. I've  attempted  to  install it without having a real conection to the
  21. Internet  (slip  ,  ppp,  etc).   I  thought I could cheat the program
  22. giving  it  false  addresses.  Is that really possible?  I encountered
  23. two  main  problems.   The  first one is that the installation routine
  24. keeps  restarting  again and again at some point, and I finally had to
  25. abort  it.   The  other  thing  is  that if I open AMosaic (the AMITCP
  26. version,  of  course)  the  program  complains  that  it cannot find a
  27. library  called "AMITCP:libs/usergroup.library" The AMITCP .lha achive
  28. came  without  any  "libs"  directory, and I certainly don't have that
  29. library in my own Libs:  (AMITCP:  has been assigned properly).  Where
  30. can  I  get that library?  Is it part of the Sana-II package ( I don't
  31. have any of that).
